Scope & contracting party
These terms apply to use of TanjaStadnic.com and, where relevant, to purchases, commissions, event enquiries and other services initiated through the website. The legal entity that enters into a specific transaction is the entity identified in the applicable checkout, order confirmation, proposal, agreement or invoice.
By placing an order or expressly accepting a proposal, you agree to the terms applicable to that transaction. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Shop, availability & prices
We aim to describe artworks and products accurately, including dimensions, materials, edition information, availability and price. Handmade artworks are unique and photographs, screens and lighting can cause colours or textures to appear different from the physical work.
Prices are shown in the currency configured in the webshop. Taxes, import duties, customs charges or delivery costs are handled as stated at checkout or in the relevant quotation. Obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors do not create an obligation to supply at the erroneous price.
An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. An order may be declined or cancelled where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not reasonably possible, fraud is suspected or a material listing error is discovered. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment method used.

Commissioned artworks
A commissioned artwork is created specifically from the agreed brief. The scope, size, subject, artistic direction, price, deposit, expected timing, delivery method and any special requirements should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Tanja retains artistic discretion in translating the brief into an original work. Reference photographs, colour samples and digital previews are guidance only; handmade texture, colour and composition may vary as part of the artistic process.
Changes requested after work has started may affect price and delivery timing. If a commission is cancelled after materials, preparation or artistic work have begun, reasonable costs already incurred and work already performed may remain payable, subject to mandatory law and the specific agreement.

Delivery, inspection & returns
Delivery timing is an estimate unless a specific date is expressly guaranteed in writing. International shipments can be affected by carriers, customs, import procedures or events outside our reasonable control.
Please inspect delivered items promptly and report visible transport damage or material defects as soon as reasonably possible, preferably with photographs and packaging retained for the carrier claim.
Where applicable law gives a consumer a statutory withdrawal or return right for standard products, that right will be respected. Personalised, made-to-order or commissioned artworks may be excluded from a statutory cooling-off right where the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Payment & ownership
Payment terms are those shown at checkout or in the relevant proposal or invoice. For commissioned work, staged payments or a deposit may be required. Unless otherwise agreed, physical ownership of an artwork transfers after the full agreed amount has been received and the work has been delivered or collected.

Copyright & intellectual property
Buying a physical artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction, merchandising, licensing or other intellectual-property rights unless this is expressly agreed in writing. Images of artworks, website photography, texts, graphics and branding may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
TanjaStadnic.com is not affiliated with Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. Porsche® and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to vehicles or brands identify artistic subjects and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Project availability, specifications, developer information, prices, payment plans, completion dates, rental figures and potential returns can change without notice and should be independently verified before making a decision.
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no return or capital appreciation is guaranteed. Where a property transaction requires regulated brokerage, conveyancing, financing, valuation or legal services, those services should be performed by appropriately authorised local professionals. Tanja may introduce clients to developers, brokers or other partners and may receive a referral or commercial benefit where permitted and agreed.

Travel reviews & editorial content
Travel reviews reflect personal experience and opinion at the time of the visit. Hotels, restaurants, facilities, management, prices and service levels can change. A positive review or “Personally recommended” badge is not a guarantee of another visitor’s experience.

Events & collaborations
Event concepts, live painting arrangements and brand collaborations are subject to a separate written proposal covering scope, fees, travel, materials, insurance, venue responsibilities, cancellation and intellectual-property use. Website descriptions are invitations to discuss a project rather than binding offers.

Website availability & liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information is excluded. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

Events outside reasonable control
Performance may be delayed by events outside reasonable control, including illness, transport disruption, customs delays, supplier failure, natural events, governmental restrictions, technical outages or other force-majeure circumstances. The affected obligations may be suspended for the duration of the event, subject to applicable law.

Applicable law & questions
The law and jurisdiction applicable to a transaction depend on the contracting entity identified in the relevant order, proposal, agreement or invoice, together with any mandatory consumer law that applies to the customer. Where a specific contract contains different terms, that contract takes precedence for that transaction.
